1. What does arFresca do?

arFresca is an air purifier that swiftly and effectively removes air pollutants such as mold spores, formaldehyde, pet dander, odour, VOCs, bacteria, and dust.

2. How does arFresca work?

arFresca works by drawing in air through its pre-filter cover, which then passes through various filters to trap airborne particles, bacteria, and viruses.


The UVC 222nm Safe Sterilisation then eliminates harmful microorganisms. This sterilisation process is safe for human contact.


Lastly, the device utilises Plasma Ions to neutralise VOCs, odours, and contaminants by releasing over 20 million positive and negative ions, ensuring a thorough purification of the air.

3. What airborne pollutants does arFresca remove?

arFresca can effectively remove various pollutants, including mold spores, formaldehyde, pet dander, odour, VOCs, bacteria, and dust.

4. Does arFresca help with allergies?

Yes, arFresca can help reduce allergy symptoms by capturing allergens like pollen, dust mites, and pet dander from the air. Its Medical-Grade HEPA-13 Filter is particularly effective at trapping these allergens.

5. Does arFresca remove odours?

Yes, the activated carbon filters in arFresca effectively reduce odours from cooking, pets, smoke, and other sources. The activated carbon absorbs and traps odorous molecules.

6. What is arFresca’s Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR)?

arFresca has an impressive CADR that efficiently filters out harmful air particles and delivers clean air within a few minutes. It takes:

  • 5 minutes to filter air for a room of 10m2
  • 6 minutes to filter air for a room of 12m2
  • 9 minutes to filter air for a room of 18m2
  • 20 minutes to filter air for a room of 40m2

7. How often do I need to maintain arFresca?

Pre-filter cover: Wipe or vacuum when it looks visibly dirty. 

Air Filtration Module: Recommended to change it once every 6 months or when prompted by the unit. This part can be self-installed. 

UVC 22nm Lamp & Plasma Ioniser: Recommended to change once every 12 months or when prompted by the unit.

10. What function does the Neumoré app provide?

The Neumoré app allows users to fully control their arFresca device wherever they are via their smartphones.

The app also provides real-time air quality monitoring, to set different modes for different moments, parts replacement reminders to change filters, UVC, and plasma when they are due, and device remote control. 

The Neumoré app can be downloaded on iOS and Android.
